Start Your Business Here on a Pop Up!
Showcase and sell your brand, vision and originality in the common area of The Maine Mall. You can create brand awareness with units that are easy to set up with guaranteed traffic flow and great rental rates.
​
The Pop Up units come with a table, A-frame, chest and chair. Pop up shops will be located within the common area, based on your product and available. Lease any day of the week for as long as you want!
Rates for 2022:
January - October: $110 for three days, plus 10% commission over $1,000.
​
November: $250 per weekend plus 10% commission over $1,500. This excludes Black Friday weekend November 25 - 27 when the rate changes to $400 plus 10% commission over $2,000.
December rate: $400 per weekend plus 10% commission over $2,000.
​
*Additional days are prorated.
All applicants will be notified within 48 hours if they are approved to occupy pop up shop units. Additional insurance and payment information will follow upon submission of your application.

Maine-ly Marketplace
​
The Maine-ly Marketplace features local crafters, artists and designers offering a fantastic and diverse array of products. Join our vendor line up for the chance to reach a broad range of local shoppers
This event is located in The Maine Mall Garden Court during mall holiday hours near J Crew and Pandora. The lease comes with an 8 ft table dressed in a Maine-ly Marketplace branded tablecloth and one chair.
All applicants will be notified within 48 hours if they are approved. Additional insurance and payment information will follow upon submission of your application.

Rates for 2022:

The rate to participate in these markets are $300 per weekend (Friday – Sunday), plus 10% commission over $2,000.

Valentine's Day Pop Up Market
Are you a local Artisan with a unique gift? Come pop up at The Maine Mall Valentine's Pop Up Market located in Garden Court.
The Pop Up units come with a table, A-frame, chest and chair.
Rates for 2022:

$110 plus 10% commission over $1,000.
